MalangNews is the default Rumi Framework's skin that using 960 grid css with specifications:

• 980 outter width
• 950 inner width
• 16 columns
• 60 column width
• 10 gutter width
• 3 colour styles: blue, red and dark
• IE6 is disabled in this skin
