Rumi Framework ConceptsRumi Framework architecture is almost similar with Thematic, the popular Wordpress Theme Framework. Both of them provide inheritance themes/templates from their parent template. In Thematic, the sub themes/templates called "Child Theme" and in Rumi Framework called "Skins". What are the benefits that can be taken from this architecture? This architecture provides you a minimum coding possibility while you are working on the layout and styling, the parent template (framework) will handle the rest of job. By this way, you can also have a minimum effort on patching or updating the template when you found some bugs on codes as you only need to update the parent template (framework) only.
Doesn't like average Joomla! template, Rumi Framework maintain all primary codes and provide its inheritance templates (Rumi Skin) with extra ordinary features that controllable. Each skins also can be delivered as a single file installation in a ZIP file and easy to be installed again from Rumi Framework backend settings.
Rumi Framework is a template, not extension and it doesn't need another extension support or even modifications to the Joomla!'s core codes to make it run properly. Just install it like any other templates, install the skins and you can start to play around with it.
